Giveaway Rules

One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be considered. 

1. Visit the giveaway website and submit your entry. You may also visit Cross Creek Mall and scan one of the giveaway signs placed throughout the mall.

2. Congrats! You are now entered for a chance to win a gift card from Santa's Nice List Giveaway

Nov 1-7: $75 gift card to BATH & BODY WORKS

Nov 8-14: $100 gift card to CLAIRE'S

Nov 15-21: $150 gift card to H&M

Nov 29-Dec 5: $175 gift card to BOXLUNCH

Dec 6-12: $200 gift card to PANDORA

Dec 13-23: $300 gift card to MACY'S

3. Six winners will be randomly drawn, one per week of the giveaway dates, and contacted on Nov 8, Nov 15, Nov 22, and Dec 13 except for the last week. That winner will be contacted on Dec 30.

By entering the giveaway, you consent to receiving occasional emails from Cross Creek Mall. Mange your subscription preferences from the link in the footer of any email communication. 

A successful entry will receive an automated reply text.

The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and DC who are 18+ years of age or older at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited. Employees of CBL & Associates Management, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible (as defined as parents, parents-in-law, children, siblings, and spouse) to enter or win. No purchase necessary to enter.

A random drawing of all entries from the “week” will be conducted at the end of each given week from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Six winners will be randomly drawn, one winner per week. A person may not win more than one week. If the same name is drawn for an additional week, an alternate winner will be drawn for that week. Winners will be notified via email to the email address entered for the giveaway. Winner must pick up prize in person at the mall office 419 Cross Creek Mall, Fayetteville, NC during the times of MONDAY THRU FRIDAY FROM 10:00 AM TO 5:00 PM. Prize must be claimed no later than two weeks after being notified of winning.

Value of each gift card follows the schedule: Week 1: $75, November 1 – 7, Week 2: $100, November 8 – 14, Week 3: $150, November 15 – 21, Week 4: $175, November 29 – December 5, Week 5: $200, December 6 – 12, Week 6: $300, December 13 – 23. Prizes may not be exchanged.

In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed, prize will be forfeited.
