A winner will be randomly drawn and notified by 5/8/2024. The promotions/giveaways are open to all legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and DC who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of CBL & Associates Management, Inc., and their immediate family members (defined as parents, parents-in-law, children, siblings, and spouse) of each employee are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win Giveaway prizes. A random drawing to select the winner will be made from all eligible entries received during the Promotion time period. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed after 72 hours from the time of notification, the prize will be forfeited. If the winner fails to complete any of the actions listed above, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected until the prize has been claimed.
