The Team Lead is a part time management position. Team Leads are responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running all aspects of business, including opening/closing, shipment, product placement and visual merchandising, customer service and coaching/development.

The most important qualities in a Team Lead are reliability, a good work ethic, leadership skills, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
